In addition the post sales care was exemplary, from arranging for the heating engineer to walk us through the system to arranging a carpenter to rehang the interior doors following carpet fitting.

The level of service we received from the team when buying our new home was exceptional. From the first viewing to post completion activities we were treated with patience and understanding.

Our first site visit was arranged along with the Directors of Branley Homes, which was a pleasant surprise. They were very professional, friendly and helpful in answering our questions regarding the buying process, house specifications and even the local area. Any unanswerable questions were followed up swiftly and answers relayed back to us.

It truly was a personalised experience and a first time for us. Although we had viewed several other new build developments previously, the excellent customer service offered by Branley Homes is beyond comparison. We were given time to make our decision over the week and never felt rushed. We were even welcomed to re-visit the house for a second and third time before we made our reservation. Our first project with Branley Homes consisted of the building of 16 affordable three bedroom houses in Newton Heath, Manchester. Branley completed on time and within budget. They also engaged the local school community in planting shrubs alongside the site boundary. Following this collaboration, Adactus worked with Branley Homes on the successful delivery of 12 bungalows in Wythenshawe.

Branley Homes has successfully undertaken a couple of developments for Great Places at Grange Avenue in Timperley and Mount Road in Manchester. Both schemes were completed on time and in budget and we were very pleased with the quality of the construction and finishes, particularly at Mount Road. Branley’s staff are professional and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to commission Branley for future developments.

We recently purchased the show house on The Meadows development in Urmston. Having previously had a bad experience in purchasing a new home we had our reservations. However, we are happy to say the whole family is delighted with the property we purchased from Branley Homes. The kitchen is beautiful as are the bedrooms and bathrooms; all the fixtures and fittings are top quality and the house is so quiet - you cannot hear people upstairs as the soundproofing in the internal walls is excellent. Where we have encountered minor issues the Branley team has responded quickly to resolve.
I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Branley Homes to anyone thinking of purchasing a new home.
